Your peace of mind is our priority. In accordance with the Belgian Law of 21 November 2017 regarding the sale of package travel, linked travel arrangements, and travel services, AyuRA is fully insured against financial insolvency.
This guarantee ensures that, should we become unable to fulfil our obligations due to financial insolvency, your payments will be refunded. If your journey has already commenced, the guarantee covers your repatriation or the continuation of your trip where possible. You can book with AyuRA in total confidence, knowing that your holiday investment is legally protected.

AyuRA Specific Terms & Conditions
1. Payment Schedule
​

Initial Deposit: 50% of the total package price is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Final Balance: The remaining 50% is due 45 days prior to your scheduled departure.

​Note: Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking, subject to the fees below.​

​2. Cancellation by the Traveller:
​
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. If you wish to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees apply based on the date we receive your written notification:

60 days or more before departure: A cancellation fee of 20% of the total package price applies.

46 to 59 days before departure: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total package price applies.

45 days or less before departure: A 100% cancellation fee applies (non-refundable).

3. Mandatory Travel Insurance & Force Majeure
​
AyuRA acts as an organiser for bespoke retreats at specialised partner resorts. These partners operate under strict non-refundable policies.

Mandatory Insurance: It is a condition of booking that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance. Your policy must include "Cancel for Any Reason" (CFAR) and coverage for medical emergencies and extraordinary circumstances (Force Majeure).

Traveller Responsibility: AyuRA is responsible only for the services included in the retreat package. We are not responsible for, nor will we refund, any costs related to external bookings such as flight tickets or visas.
4. Transfer of Contract (Change of Traveller)

In accordance with Belgian Law, you may transfer your booking to another person who meets all the conditions of the package, provided you notify AyuRA at least 7 days before departure. Any additional costs or fees imposed by our resort partners for this change will be charged to the traveller.
​Please note: Our resort partners may treat a name change as a cancellation and re-booking, which may incur costs up to 100% of the original price.​
5. Travel Documents & Health

Responsibility: Travellers are solely responsible for having valid travel documents (Passport with at least 6 months' validity from the departure date, Visas) and complying with the health requirements for India. Any financial loss resulting from incomplete documentation is the traveller's responsibility and is not covered by AyuRA’s refund policy.

Fitness: By booking, you declare that you are medically and physically fit to undertake the selected Ayurvedic program. We recommend consulting a physician if you have underlying health conditions.
6. Resort Logistics

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and will incur an additional supplement payable to the resort.
