From Wanderlust to Wellness

Born and raised in New Delhi, I was immersed in spirituality, nature, and the healing traditions of Ayurveda, yoga, and meditation from an early age. These practices were part of my DNA—quietly guiding me even when life took unexpected turns.

My professional journey began in the world of travel, where I earned a PG Diploma in Tourism and Travel Agency Management and spent two vibrant years showcasing India’s beauty to international visitors. But when I moved to Belgium, everything changed. I had to rebuild from scratch, navigating unfamiliar terrain both personally and professionally.

During some of my most challenging moments, I found my way back to my roots. I reconnected with the ancient wisdom I had grown up with—rediscovering Ayurveda, yoga, meditation, and the power of self-awareness. That inner transformation led me to become a certified Ayurveda Health Instructor through Chopra Education, and later expand my training to include  Yoga, NLP & Reiki.

AyuRA was born from this journey—a sanctuary where holistic health meets conscious living. I offer guidance, tools, and practices that empower you to take charge of your own health journey. Whether you're navigating stress, fatigue, emotional patterns, or simply seeking greater alignment in life, I provide a safe and supportive space to pause, reflect, and realign—with intention, compassion, and ancient wisdom as your compass.

Join me on the path to holistic health and harmonious living.

AyuRA emerged from Renuka Ayri’s unwavering dream and fervent passion for wanderlust and holistic wellness.

The name AyuRA was thoughtfully chosen to resonate with its vision and mission.

AyuRA” is a blend of “Ayurveda” and its founder's initials, “RA.”

In Sanskrit, “Ayur” means “Life.” In Japanese, Ayura signifies “Love” or “Peace,” and in Hebrew, it translates to “Light.”

AyuRA's vision is to illuminate the path of holistic wellness for all, guiding you towards a life filled with Love and Peace through the principles of Ayurveda.

This  prayer strengthens me and serves as a constant reminder to gracefully accept what is beyond my control.

“God grant me the serenity

to accept the things I cannot change,

courage to change the things I can, and

wisdom to know the difference
